I always thought this sounded like a quote.
Maybe Freud?

I love how ..I think in Paper Hearts Scully sits in the basement office with Mulder
and analyzes his dream :D.
Yeeess..because thats the fluff that fanfics are made of: private conversation and the office ;p.
Anyway- its a really sweet, quiet scene there <3 *sigh* :)

I have many favorites its to hard to choose from so many well written epi

Mulder: Whos the black private *ick who's the sex machine with all the chicks. The Shaft. Can ya digg it? They say this cat Shaft is a bad mother shut ur mouth I'm talking about the Shaft. ( Bad Blood)

Scully: Mulder did ur mother ever tell u to go outside and play? ( The Unnatural)

Scully: This rooms mine Mulder don't get mud all over. (Bad Blood)

Padgett: I made a mistake myself in my book I've written that Agent Scully falls in love, but thats obviously impossible. Agent Scully is already in love (Milargo) But then again anything that Padgett says in Milargo was beautiful. It has to be for me the best written epi.

Mulder:Those could be ginat Jiffy pop poppers.

Reyes: You seek to destroy a man that seeks the truth, or destroy the thrut so no man can seek it? ( The Truth)

I think the original quote is "dreams are today's answers to tomorrow's questions" but I don't think it was Freud... still, I believe you're right, and the XF quote is based on the actual quote. I like XF's version of it better :)

BadBlood has to be one of my favorite epi the whole thing has great lines!!
