My all-time favorite line by a secondary character is by the wonderfully bad-ass and underrated Mr. X:
"This high-capacity Sig Sauer 40-calibre weapon is pointed at your head to stress my insistence that your search for who put your partner on that respirator desist immediately."

I love that line from Per Manum. It's been a while since I've seen it, but what is the timeline in Per Manum? I know that when Scully's trying to get pregnant with Mulder's sperm it's a flashback, but how far back is it? Does anybody know or is it left pretty vague?
