Big Light

For all those who don't have tickets to the event yet and still want to go, go on over to the website! They are now officially selling the individual tickets for $12 each! If you want to go, grab your credit card and go to the this link! You can buy the tickets where it shows the X-Files even at the bottom of the page! I just bought mine and I'm SOOOOOO excited! :D

OMG, you can bet anything that I WILL be waiting there this time! I don't care if I have to wait forever. Paley was my first X-Files event ever, so I was kind of just dazed that I was even seeing them in front of my own eyes! When I went to Paley though I was just so happy to be going that I came woefully unprepared anyway. This time I'll be sure to stick a sharpie and something to sign in my purse JUST in case I get to meet them. :)
So how do we go about ensuring that we can do autographs? Who do we speak to, email, etc.?
Depends a little on how they've structured organizational duties at the LAFF, but essentially, we'd have to appeal the Festival coordinators.

I'll call and make a casual inquiry, but if anyone else is interested, this is what I'd suggest:

Call the Film Festival Office: 310.432.1240 during primary business hours, (that's 10am-4pm PST), and either ask for Jenn Wilson (the Festival Program Coordinator), or ask to speak with the Event Producer for the "X-Files Sneak Peak". According to the website, that'll be Diana Zahn-Storey or Shawn Davis. You'll then want to politely inquire if there would be any way to coordinate an autograph session for fans at the end of the panel. You may also want to tactfully point out the advantages of making arrangements for this before hand, as many fans will simply scramble to the stage if there is no official setting for them to meet with the panelists after they speak.
Might work, might not. But it can't hurt to ask.
Great investigative skills Mya. I saw the more polite calls they get, the more inclined they are to set something us. I can try calling on my way to work tomorrow.
Just and FYI.

I called the main box office number (the number given by Mya B) and left a message in a gernal mail box. I called a little after 8 am, so I have no idea when the open up or who retrieves the messages. Anyone else call?
Ok......so how are we supposed to pick up our tickets? I'm only going to be there about an hour before hand, where do i get the tickets? And does anyone have a map/directions to get to the theatre yet?
Jamie,

You have to go to the box office to get your tickets and show ID.

The box office is at:
1020 Wstwood Blvd
LA, Ca 90024.

I'm gonna use my GPS to get there.

The theater is at
1262 Weestwood Blvd
LA, Ca 90024
OMG, thank you Erica! I had no idea the tickets were in a separate place!
