Bus Ads!
I just saw my first bus ad! I was driving on Sunset, and a Big Blue bus was turning onto Barrington (maybe the Bundy line?). I must admit I squeaked just a little when I caught the side of it, and there was the big black teaser XF. I couldn't grab a pic-- not good at driving and photographing, but keep on the look out. :)
Also, is it a sign that I've gone around the bend that I'm sending out bills with XF themed address labels and writing "July 25th!" below them? Yeah, I thought so.

Sending out bills? As in, real money, to become circulated, thus advertising the film?

YES! I was wondering just this morning when the bus ads would show up. I saw a Mummy bus ad and I got all indignant: "Hey! That movie comes out even later than XF2!" Haha.
And that's amazing about the bills. :)
Also, I got your DVD yesterday...thank you so much! I was so touched I even wrote you a little thank-you card. Haha.

Whew. Sanity is still in place.
A friend made me address labels for my mailing envelopes. So, postal workers and payment/receivable clerks will be getting direct advertising from me for the next month or so. :)

I'm so happy to see ads popping up everywhere! It's about time! I was watching the Twilight Zone marathon tonight on Sci-Fi, and almost every other break had the ad! I wanna see that ad so often that even *I* start to get sick of it!!! (yeah right)
