"Fringe" is not "X-Files" and it never will be HOWEVER, I do like that so many people that watch it and critics that talk about it, mention that it is not as good as "The X-Files" and I like that it keeps XF fresh on the minds of this generation.

Ahh, Fringe. I won't go near that show with a ten-foot pole. I have this habit of not letting myself watch shows where I think there might even be a possibility that it rips off the XF. I've had several friends tell me that Fringe is completely different...but I can't bring myself to believe them.

And excellent point Tiff. Now for the Believe Again campaign to capitalize on that sentiment.

oh we are all over it. We've had several meetings over the last 2 weeks about capitalizing on that very sentiment. I think we have figured out the how, now to just get it into the implementation stage :)

I love Fringe. It's the first show to fill that giant hole the X-Files left in my heart. I love how much it loves The X-Files. I love that it films in Vancouver, because I still haven't gotten over TXF moving to LA and never will. "Jacksonville" picked me up and shook me in a way I can't recall a TV show having done since "Closure."

I wish every XF fan would watch and support Fringe, because it's obvious it's made by diehard XF fans. Those people are you and I.

I am well aware of your love for Fringe Chris but I do have a question for you...what are your thoughts on another Fox show with ties to TXF, "Bones?"

Breaking Bad is a fantastic show!

This is how I feel about Breaking Bad. I'm climbing the walls waiting for the March 21rst premiere. Homages exist too, but are quite subtle. Wish people would give it a chance as well.
We could make a deal. I'll watch some Fringe if you watch some Breaking Bad ;)
