How many times where Mulder and Scully exposed to radiation from the ship or exposed to the black oil or virus...???

Don't forget times like when the "alien" was in the doorway when Mulder was a boy or in "Little Green Men" or when  the "aliens" ran past Scully when they were in the mine....small things like that I  did not count....

Season One,

Episode One Pilot:

Mulder and Scully are taken and experiance missing time.

The corpse, and the implant from the corpse.

Episode Two Deep Throat:

Mulder encounter's the ship and the memory wipe.

Episode Fourteen Gender Bender:

Scully is touched by one of the sexually amorphous aliens.

Episode Seventeen E.B.E:

Mulder found radiation at begining of episode.

Mulder and Scully radiation from the trucker.

The staged rescue (we have to count that because it was alien technology)

Episode Twenty Darkness Falls:

We have to count their encounter with the bugs as an exposure of some kind because both were hospitialized

due to the effects of their exposure. And you did say exposure that changes on a cellular level.

Episode Twenty-four The Erlynmeyer Flask:

Scully and the alien fetus.

Plus what ever was done to Mulder while he was being held.
