This conversation has already happened in another discussion I think... Wherever "Per Manum" falls into the timeline is when I think that Scully invited Mulder to her bed... Things hadn't gone right with the artificial insemination, they were both feeling incredibly sad that it hadn't worked... "Never give up on a miracle..." --- said miracle for me is Mulder and Scully finally getting together. :P
But I'm sure everyone has their own opinions... I'd love to hear them.

the flashback scene in Per Manum...I think....but there's something about ALL THINGS :D haha I just can't seem to connect the One Lonely night in which Scully invited Mulder since all things was in Mulder's apartment...right?? or am i wrong?

Yeah I don't think the one lonely night was All Things (simply because it was in Mulder's apartment)

I always thought that the "one lonely night" was Per Manum. Where Per Manum falls in the timeline of the show is still up in the air, for me.
