Scully ya lo explica en el episodio ¨The end¨ Gibson es un humano pero que tiene genes que estan activos que en el resto de los humanos no tienen ninguna finalidad,asi que es un ser humano con cualidades especiales. Ahora lo mismo podria decirse de William (ATENCION- ESTOY ESPECULANDO) : si William es hijo de Mulder y Scully (y lo es ¡ )  ,por que tenia esas habilidades??En mi opinion William no es un alien pero su ADN ha cambiado porque el ADN de su madre ha mutado , ya lo explica Byers en los episodios ¨One Breath y Memento Mori¨,ya que Scully no murio de cancer como las otras mujeres,el experimento que hicieron en ella puede haber llegado a etapas insospechadas por lo tanto Scully podria convertirse a nivel genetico en el inicio de una nueva especie . Claro que todo es especulacion.

Now the same could be said of William (WARNING-I'm speculating), if William is the son of Mulder and Scully (and is ¡ ), because I had those skills? In my opinion William is not an alien but their DNA has changed since her mother's DNA has mutated, and Byers explains in the episode ¨One Breath and Memento Mori ¨, and that Scully did not die of cancer as other women, experiment that did it may have come unexpected stages so Scully could become a genetic level at the beginning of a new species. Of course everything is speculation.

Dear BEV , I have the sane doubt your, Why Scully sees dead people? .First her father, after the student slaughtered in Elegy, Albert Hosteen, Mulder before he was found dead.The most intriguing is that they never seek an explanation of why these visions occurred!!!!!!!!!!!!
