I had to supervise being as I had a giant fresh wound on my ankle ;)

Good for you keeping your tattoo safe and clean!

I got my tattoo the next day since I had no time that night after the whole car fiasco. Thank you so much for offering to put me up for the night! I promised the other girls sustenance in the form of pumpkin bread and 'vintage' X-Files magazines (some were from out of the country and had never enjoyed the pleasure of either treat!), so I thought I'd better head over there after getting my car out.

I missed the beach party to go get my tattoo! I was really bummed about that and even tried to change to a later flight but they wouldn't let me :( Pics of tattoo to follow (on my profile and in the tattoo thread)

Would have been no problem at all, I had a huge room ( Im used to hotel rooms in NYC LOL so anything I can turn around in is big ;)) Glad you got your ride out tho! Can't wait to see the tat.....I'm still in la la land over mine. I always think of that quote from Gross Point Blank when John Cusack says "I've always felt very temporary about myself......." So me getting something i will have f-o-r-e-v-e-r is a HUGE deal for me. But liberating, thats for sure! Next time we all meet, i say tattoo's for all involved! I bet I'll have at least two more next time anyone from the left coast sees me again!

Thank you to all of you that came and even all of you that wanted to come. We had a blast hanging out on the beach, building a giant spaceship and explaining to the people walking by what we were doing. It was a big hit with kids especially and there were several older people that came by to see what we were up to. Probably the best part is when we were doing our part of the video message we are preparing for Frank, in mid sentence a low flying Sheriff's helicopter is going by and when we look up, the pilot is waving at us. It was a LOT of fun and just one more way in which we like to keep on believing.

You know the Yoda saying, there is no try there is do or do not?

Well XFN has a saying of our own, when not if. When we get a third movie, not if we get one.

Not having a third film is like reading a book and not having the ending and we told Fox as much when we were there last week. :)
