I first saw the previews on Fox in early 93. I waited months for the pilot to air and was hooked from day one.
Well the stroies are wonderful, and of coruse I love Mulder and Scully. But mostly it was to see Mulder get his proof.
Like I sa…
I completely agree with what you stated. I reaize people have a right to their own opinions, but I was infuriated when I found that people who were diehard fans could only bash the movie that I had thoroughky enjoyed. and like many have said, the fi…
Were you able to connect with Diana regarding the NYC Fanderson Marathon? If not, her email address is diandant@yahoo.com. Good luck! I hope it works out for you. :)
Many of us want to (and in some cases are already attending) the LA Premiere on July 23. I'm asking everyone to email Gillian and Frank and see what options us hard cord, dedicated Philes can have at the Premiere, especially in seeing the film and/or meet and greet with any XF cast or crew member.
With Gillian's auctions going on later this week, I'm estimating the prices for the tickets to go anywhere between $10,000 - $30,000. I know most of us work and/or go to school and that is WAY out of our leagues. In the past, it seems that those individuals who can afford these prices may not be 1st or 2nd generation Philes or even care for the show that much, but only do it to say they have or because it's the "In" thing to do.
With all the time, effort, dedication, sweats, tears, and love we have poured into the success of XF2, don't we deserve a fighting chance?
When you email Gillian at http://www.gilliananderson.ws/inter/questions.shtml
perhaps offer a different solution. Suggest a small donation, maybe a few hundred dollars to a charity of her choice, for a chance to see the film or have a meet and greet with her or any other XF cast or crew member.
When you email Frank at questions@biglight.com suggest a raffle, lottery, donation, essay contest, ANYTHING to give us poor, dedicated nobody's a chance to be a part of something special, something we have loved for YEARS.
Thanks in advance to all of you. Spread this email around to other Philes to ensure something happens (hey, it worked withe the LAFF autographs right?)
Прикольно)) Ты плела? Много времени заняло? А я себе в детстве сплела из бисера фенечку с надписью "Gillian Anderson", и все меня спрашивали, что там написано))
It's no use. We voted non stop for 8 hours and thought we got it up to 33.8 but that was thanks to the spam bot guys responding to our demand for some votes. They threw some 30,000+ votes to Mulder and Scully.. it jumped to 33.8 and then they had to…
Since traumcave accidently deleted her thread (that can't be restored) I open another one where people can talk about X-CON 2009 and upcoming X-CCON events.
So, here some options from the visitors:
I agree. And look at it now. Luke and Lorelai now got the highest vote of all. I'm actually only voting for Mulder and Scully. Although I care for Sarah & Chuck. I just have one priority.
