LOL, careful, I might take you up on that. Well, we've never been to any of the mountains :(. And we only drove past Lake Tahoe - so, still a lot of catching up to do :). But this vacation will be different, it'll be just me, my brother and a car 8-). My brother has - among many others - this crazy idea of driving as close to Area 51 as possible. Let's hope we can refrain from any body switching à la "Dreamland"!
Well, I went to California three times in the 90s. I was a young teenager, so I went with my parents. We'd always start out in San Fransisco, rent a car and visit all kinds of places, also in states close by (L.A., San Diego, Santa Barbara, Las Vegas, Death Valley, Grand Canyon, Yosemite National Park, Sequoia National Park and lots of small towns in between like Lone Pine :D). It was basiscally always an adventurous road trip! When I was in at the University of Minnesota for a year in 2005/06, I spent my Xmas vacation in San Francisco. Only good memories there :)
Yes, I went to the X-Con. And it was seriously an amazing experience! Those two days were very diverse and entertaining, esp. Dean Haglund. But most of all, I got to meet a lot of nice philes. Hopefully there will be future cons! I guess you'll probably be at the event in L.A.? I envy those who can go! Well, at least I bought a "Miles Adrift" package :)
Hi! Greetings from a rather cold Berlin :(. I love California, btw! My grandparents moved from St. Petersburg (Russia, not the US one) to Belmont near San Francisco in the 90s. They're no longer among us unfortunately, but they made me fall in love with the state. I'll be back in Cali next year :D!
"I am looking forward to the new comic as it is titled "Season 10". I wish FOX would greenlight the third film already.Even with rumors afloat that CC didn't want to do the third film on the date. I and all of us can only hope that…"
